The bedrooms are on the first floor, each boasting retro-style murals and vintage furniture. With a private gate leading to the River Rother, this home is well-placed for walks along the water. The garden has more than enough space for alfresco dining, as well as a dedicated lounge area for evening drinks and socialising. While there's plenty of parking, you'll find vineyards, restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within walking distance. Plus, Brighton and London are only a train ride away.
*There is space for up to four cars to park for free on the driveway of this home.
*Your host can provide a free high chair and cot here if you're travelling with little ones.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here. Pets must be kept off the beds, and shouldn't be left unattended.
*The garden gate leads directly to the River Rother, so children will need to be supervised when playing outdoors.
*The separate WC on the ground floor isn't pictured, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout this home.
*This home isn't accessible for wheelchairs. All the bedrooms here are also upstairs, which may not be suitable for all guests.
*Quiet hours should be observed here after 10pm.
