This stunning three-bedroom home is situated above Old Town Park City, just a short walk from the slopes of Park City Mountain and a five-minute Uber ride to Deer Valley Resort. The home features a large deck with expansive views of Park City, a gas fire, chef's gas grill, and a private hot tub. The living room has a brick encased fireplace and modern decor with a sectional sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal. The master bedroom occupies its own level and features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The main level of the home includes the bunk bedroom with its own bathroom and a sleep sofa. Lower level, you'll find a queen-sized bed with its own bathroom which leads out to the private hot tub. This home includes a private washer and dryer, and our summer visitors will enjoy air conditioning (be careful, many Park City homes, particularly in old town, do not have).
