Located on the top floor of an elegant house in Varenna, this home boasts not one but two terraces. One faces the lake, and the other has views over the mountains. You can enjoy some lovely vistas from inside too. The open-plan living space is divided from the kitchen by a bookcase, which is handy as the living area doubles up as the sleeping quarters for guest three (on a single sofa bed). Location-wise, it’s fantastic as this home is in the centre of Varenna, around 200 metres from Piazza San Giorgio and 250 metres from Varenna train station. It’s also 10 metres from Lake Como and the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Menaggio and Tremezzo.

*Guest three would be on a sofa bed in the living room – if you're looking for a home with ample space for socialising, we'd recommend this home for two guests only.
