In the afternoon, if you can convince big and little kids alike to take a break from the air hockey table, drive 3km to Korission Lake. Picnic by the shores and keep an eye out for flamingos stomping through the shallows. Brush up on your history knowledge at the Byzantine Fortress of Gardiki nearby, before heading back home to catch the sunset from your patio.
