Sparkling sea views, oodles of balconies and a dazzling pool for swims in the sun – what more could you want for a holiday in Greece? Bright, serene and stylish, this modern villa has four floors of contemporary conveniences, from the compact gym and TV lounge downstairs to the light-filled living space on the second floor. There's even an in-house elevator, so you won't need to worry about dragging your baggage up and down all the steps.
We love a lot about this villa – underfloor heating, mood lighting, rainfall showers – but our favourite has to be the lavish main suite. Set on the entirety of the top floor, not only does it have a jacuzzi tub in the en-suite bathroom, but a private balcony, where you can savour your morning coffee and admire the ebb and flow of the ocean. In the afternoons, sip wine in the sunshine and cool off with a dip in the pool. When you're feeling peckish, rustle up something delicious in the high-spec kitchen and dig in on the grassy courtyard, then make your way out to the many balconies and watch as the sun dips below the horizon.
When you fancy venturing out, it's just a five-minute drive to Althea Beach and thirty minutes to Athens, so you'll have a choice between sand and surf or city sightseeing – we think that's the best of both worlds.
