Although this home's location on the Athenian Riveria means that there's a colossal amount to see and do nearby, the villa itself feels perfectly secluded — the sort of place where you can glide through the swimming pool, soak up the sunshine on a lounger or cook up a storm on the barbecue with nary a distraction.
The interior is typically Mediterranean in style, with tiled flooring, white walls and large glass windows to maximise upon the plentiful amounts of natural light. That being said, there are a few design touches that add a little luxury, such as the sculpture collection and glass dining table.
If you're partial to a day at the seaside, you're in luck — Limani Passa and the 500-metre long Pountazeza take ten and fifteen minutes to reach on foot respectively. The Temple of Poseidon is an eleven-minute drive down the coastline, as well.
