Perched on a picturesque hillside surrounded by olive trees in northern Corfu, this villa has a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea and the island's coastal villages in the distance.
Thankfully, there's no shortage of ways to admire this landscape, whether you're seated on one of the bedroom's balconies, enjoying a dinner cooked on the barbecue underneath the pergola, or even paddling about in the swimming pool. Thanks to the tables out on the terrace, you can even drink in the scenery while playing a spot of ping-pong or pool.
Inside, the home is gloriously bright as a result of the generous amount of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. The stark white walls and sleek surfaces work to accentuate this natural light, while welcome bursts of colour come from the furnishings and artwork. We're glad to see a fireplace in the living room, which will be the perfect setting once the sun goes down.
If you fancy a day at the seaside at any point, Barbati Beach only takes fifteen minutes or so to reach in the car. Nymfes Waterfall sits twenty-five minutes' drive in the other direction, as well.
*Although the villa is split over three floors, there's a single bedroom and bathroom on the ground level that's been designed to be accessible for those with disabilities
