Spend just a few moments admiring the views of the small lake and verdant fairways, and you'll understand why this contemporary bungalow is a relaxing retreat. Situated in the gated Atlantis community, this home oozes sparkle. A sleek, black-and-white colour scheme sets the tone for glossy finishes, like the huge TV (perfect for movie viewings), open-plan layout (ideal for socialising) and a high-end kitchen filled with cookware, appliances and everything else you'll need to rustle up a meal. Tall and wide glass windows overlook the lake and flood the whole living area with Florida sunshine. And although it's small, the patio is the perfect spot to nibble on alfresco snacks and sip cocktails, watching as the evening light slowly fades.
Atlantis is a small, laid-back neighbourhood in Palm Beach County known for its two lush golf courses. You'll also have access to the community pool – perfect for dips on sweltering afternoons – as well as a playground with tennis courts and a splash pad for kids. There are a couple of great restaurants a short walk from your door, but most of the action lies twenty minutes away in West Palm Beach, where you'll find high-end boutiques, cocktail bars, designer outlets, fine dining eateries, art galleries and pretty beaches.
