This beautiful apartment can be found at the heart of Venice, just a few steps from iconic St Mark’s Square. It couldn’t be in a more convenient location, yet it’s also slightly tucked out of the way of the crowds so the apartment itself is peaceful.
Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time, to an age of grandeur and elegance. Antique furniture sets the scene, while all modern amenities have been carefully added – the restoration of this home was a labour of love.
The jewel in the crown of this sumptuous home is the splendid terrace. After a day of seeing the sights, it’s utterly delightful to sit out on the terrace sipping wine and eating antipasti. Even better, there’s a sun deck accessible from the terrace where you can lie out and sunbathe all from your central Venice home.
Of course, you’re in the city to see the sights, and this is the perfect base for it. The Giglio waterbus stop is eight minutes away, so you can zip around the canals easily. It’s a twelve-minute journey to the Accademia di Belle Arti, which houses some of the finest art in Italy. St Mark’s Square is less than a minute away on foot – it’s the perfect place for a pre-dinner cocktail.

Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
