This Greek villa located in Halkidiki is the perfect home for beach holidays with its private access, you can be on the sands with the waves lapping at your ankles in just one minute on foot. Start your days here with an iced frappé coffee on the balconies – which can be accessed via any of the three main bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer incredible views of the ocean, while the third overlooks the green garden below.
Then, head straight to the beach or enjoy a few relaxing hours sunbathing on one of the loungers on the lawn. If you’re in need of some shade, why not spend some time in the games room where you can read a good book or get competitive with a board game? Take advantage of the yoga and Pilates classes offered by your host, and unwind as you practise your poses.
Go turtle watching at Mavrobara Turtle Lake – a small lake surrounded by pines, which is home to three separate species of endangered European water turtle – reachable in just eleven minutes by car. Or, go on a water sports adventure which can be reached in just a two-minute walk.
For mealtimes, there are many shops and restaurants just a three-minute drive away, and we would highly recommend trying the fresh fish dishes on offer including at Azur Sea Food Restaurant, which is a short five-minute walk away. If you’d rather cook at home for the evening, then why not barbecue some delicious souvlaki and enjoy it alfresco with the bottle of wine from your welcome hamper?
