In the living area, there's an added bonus in the shape of two Juliet balconies overlooking a quintessentially Venetian square.
Elsewhere, the furnishings are all deliciously modern, from the transparent dining chairs and leather corner sofa to the tasteful black-and-white framed photographs hanging on the walls. The kitchen, too, is plenty large enough for whipping up hearty dinners after a day of sightseeing, but there's every chance it stays relatively underused if you make the most of the canalside restaurants and trattorias that line the streets nearby.
For a city pleasingly devoid of cars, you'll also be happy to learn that many of the major sights are just a short walk away. The Natural History Museum takes all of a minute to reach on foot and the Mocenigo Palace is a three-minute stroll away, too.
