A new, high-spec apartment in one of Athens's cosmopolitan seaside suburbs, this home is as stylish as it is comfortable. Everything from the cabinetry to the lighting is chic and modern, with a sociable flow to the layout and great natural light. Set in a peaceful, residential spot, just a five-minute walk from the cafes and grocery stores and less than thirty minutes from Voula Beach on foot, it's a great choice if you're looking to stay on the outskirts of Athens (the city is around a forty-five-minute drive).
We love the interiors here, with muted, neutral colours, concrete floors and lots of built-in storage. But by far its biggest selling point, for us, is its spacious balcony, overlooking the tree-lined street and complete with an awning for shade.
*The home has a shared entrance and the building is in a quiet residential area – quiet hours are 1pm to 5pm, and 10pm to 7am
*If you're bringing a car you're in luck as there's lots of free street parking in the area
*One guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed – children aged two and over are part of the guest count
