*The indoor heated pool is open from October until May for an additional fee of €1500 per week (please request this 30 days in advance)
* There is a separate apartment for 2 staff for an additional fee of €1000 per week - please request this when you book if you need it.
*Your host can offer an in-house concierge service for an additional €1000 per week, that can arrange a variety of services such as restaurant reservations, e-bike home delivery, private yoga and pilates lessons, cooking classes, babysitting, sun bed reservations at the beach, and an at-home spa service
*During the winter Season the Villa’s heating is an extra €500 per week.
*Additional dinners can be requested and will cost €100 per dinner (plus food and beverages cost)
*Fridge pre-stock service will cost €80 euros, on request
*Late check-in after 7 pm costs €50, after 9 pm €100, after 11 pm €150 euros
Cancellation Policy (Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
