You’ll be surprised to find this home, situated in the beautiful town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, only a thirty minute drive from the vibrant hustle and bustle of Barcelona – especially when the villa is immediately surrounded by palms, trees, and other native foliage. From here, you’ll find yourself within easy access of the city, as well as the Maresme and Costa Brava coastlines, but without compromising on the sort of peace that only a villa on a 21 000 square foot piece of land can bring you.
From your view at the pool, you’ll be able to spot the Berti Cliffs, but if you’d like a more intimate exploration, you can always travel to its foot to see some of the most breathtaking gorges and waterfalls. With plenty to admire – hiking trails, Roman ruins, architecture, spas, restaurants, beaches, and golf courses – you’ll certainly be tempted to leave the villa, but the question of doing so is an entirely different matter.
Not when the home itself – classic in structure, but completely unconventional in design – is brimming with opportunities for fun and relaxation. Step into the western-themed saloon for a game of table football or billiards, or shoot some hoops outside. There’s also a padel court and table tennis to be enjoyed if you’re in the mood for activity. If not, well, there’s the option of sitting poolside with a good book and staying there for as long as you’d like. When the sun is at its apex, you can enjoy a dip in the cool, clear waters before settling in for another sunbathing session.
