Stroll eleven minutes north from there and you’ll find yourself in the historic district of Marseille – take in the colourful buildings of Le Panier Marseillais as you find your way across cobblestoned streets, pausing frequently to check out artisans’ shops or for the perfect holiday selfie. Catch a performance at the opera house six-minutes away, go hiking, or simply take your book to the park so you’re able to read in the sun.
Look out for a market, cafe or bakery whilst out, so you’re able to take a few croissants back home. Once there, brew a coffee, kick back and enjoy as you allow the interior of this home to inspire your creativity. Bold colours, abstract prints, and the gorgeous wildlife mural will surely spark something within you and you might even put that energy to use on a portrait of your own. Relax on the velvet sofa with some soft music in the background and when dinner time comes around, settle in at the dining table.
