Step out onto the balcony to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of the Spanish pyrenees, whether the mountains are frosted with snow in winter, or verdant in summer. The kids will love the sleepover vibes of the double bunk room, while the adults enjoy peace and privacy in the main bedroom with an en suite. Set in the heart of the Baqueira-Beret ski resort, there is ski-to-door access here, and the gondolas taking you to the slopes are right outside. When you’ve had your fill of the piste, there’s a lively apres-ski scene, and some excellent restaurants with Spanish meets French influence within easy walking distance of the apartment.
In summer months there are beautiful hiking trails to follow, or rent out mountain bikes to explore the rugged landscape. Arties is seven kilometres away, where you’ll find an eleventh century church, some delightful family run restaurants, and postcard-perfect scenery. After the day’s adventure, enjoy a mug of hot cocoa together before settling down in front of the fire for a well-deserved movie. You'll be provided with a free parking space as well as a ski locker at the foot of the slopes.
