This penthouse apartment just a stone’s throw from Covent Garden is something of a showstopper. We love the exposed brick wall in the downstairs living area that adds a trendy warehouse vibe to the proceedings, while the upstairs office nook offers the perfect spot to catch up on work when you’re not out seeing the sights.
Our favourite spot, however, is the wonderfully sunny roof terrace. With views of the London Eye and the city’s striking skyline, this is the place you’ll want to begin your mornings over a cup of freshly brewed coffee or end evenings with a celebratory drink as you watch the light fade over the capital.
And while you’ll relish the quietness of your city retreat, you need only step outside to be fully immersed in the heart of the Big Smoke. Wander the cobblestone streets of Covent Garden (a one-minute walk) where you’ll find plenty of high-end boutiques and enticing eateries, or soak up the lively atmosphere of Leicester Square, a six-minute stroll from your door. You’re also a ten-minute walk from Waterloo Bridge that will lead you over to Southbank while the British Museum is a mere twelve minutes away on foot from your home.
