Tear open those windows and feel the sea air rush in and fill the surprisingly wide-open, uncluttered spaces of the apartment – we can't think of many better ways to start a day than with a few invigorating breaths of salty-sweet oceanic breeze. After a light brunch on the patio, Erquy and its surrounds are beckoning, its delights just waiting to be uncovered.
Frequent some of the many local ice cream parlors, restaurants, or bars located just a stone's throw from the apartment for a taste of authentic Breton cuisine. Mosy to the nearest beach, just 5-minutes walk away. Or, for something a little more active, why not sign up for the well-regarded sailing school, surf classes, or hire a jet ski for an afternoon of wave-riding? Those with a penchant for golf are in luck too, with the 18-hole course at Pléneuf Val just 10-minutes away by car.

*There is unrestricted free on-street parking here (subject to availability)
*Guests are responsible for the final cleaning of the home upon check-out, although a housekeeping service can be arranged given two-weeks prior notice
*Located right on the waters of the port de pêche (fishing port), this home enjoys fabulous sea views whilst the nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk away
*Arrivals between 3pm and midnight will receive a personalised welcome

*Linens and towels for a 7-night stay are included, though there is an extra charge of €20 per person for sheets and towels for stays of less than 7 nights

*Pets are welcome to join you for an additional fee of €5 per night and with prior approval
*If you would rather have the cleaning service carry out the final check-out cleaning, this will incur an additional fee
Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
