We love the outside space here, whether it’s the sunny private swimming pool and the sun loungers alongside it, or the balconies. You can prepare your breakfast and morning coffee and take it outside to enjoy in the sunshine, all the while drinking in those marvellous views. You can always find a spot in the shade too, ideal for the afternoon when the Italian sun is beating down on the tiles.
Inside, you can enjoy the view from the living rooms and kitchens too. Windows are a big part of the traditional decor here, so if you need to take a break from the sun you won’t miss out. The bedrooms are elegant and pretty, with something to love about each room. Will you go for the four-poster bed and make the most of having your own piano? Or might you prefer to have a sofa to read on in the mornings? There’s so much charm in this delightful home.
*There’s parking for up to three cars here – we recommend hiring a small- or medium-sized car as the road is narrow

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable 60 Day):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellations requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
