Get a taste of authentic Venice at this minimalist apartment on laidback Giudecca. St Marks Square is a ten-minute water taxi ride away and some of the city’s most beautiful (and least-visited) churches are nearby in the Chiesa di Santa Maria and San Giorgio Maggiore. Inside the home, the furnishing is functional but comfortable, with a sofa bed if you’re travelling with an extra guest. Our favourite part? The views overlooking the canal – especially at dusk.
*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space – it’s a ‘clic-clac’ style, which may not be the most comfortable for some and may be more suitable for a child
*The home is on the island of Giudecca, a quieter more local part of Venice
*The beds can only be accessed from one side
