This Spanish home makes the perfect base from which to explore stunning Alcúdia, as well as many other beach towns along the Mallorcan coast. We absolutely love how the host has decorated – original features such as wooden beam ceilings and exposed brickwork come together with modern lighting and contemporary furniture, to make the home feel fresh and modern while still retaining the Spanish character that makes it so special. Here, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, where you can enjoy a cocktail in a sun lounger or try your hand at some water sports – there are also tons of lovely restaurants and cafes in this charming seaside town, based just a stone’s throw away from your lovely accommodation.
We reckon there’s no better way to start your day than by cooking up some crepes in your Spanish country kitchen and eating together around your quaint kitchen dining set. Rest on the comfy sofa while you discuss your daily itinerary. Head outside to find your covered terrace, complete with a dining set and places to lounge on hot summery days. Cook up some Spanish tortilla in the kitchen while you gaze out at the palm trees lining your street. In the evenings, fire up the barbecue to grill Spanish sausages, and take a bottle of champagne to your terrace area to enjoy sipping on as the sun sets.
