It's not just the home's spot on the map that's impressive. Step behind the front door and you'll discover contemporary living quarters that have benefited from an immense amount of care and attention. The whitewashed walls are both effortlessly cool and refreshingly cooling on those hot summer afternoons, while the inbuilt fireplace and super-sleek kitchen are pleasing to the eye, as well. The addition of a guesthouse with two bedrooms offers a degree of flexibility for larger groups, too.
This being Mallorca, a fair amount of your time here is going to be outside enjoying the generous climate and there are plenty of ways you can do just that here. The heated swimming pool with a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains is tempting enough in the daylight hours, but once night falls and the illuminations come on, it takes on a different character altogether. We love the amount of space that's dedicated to the noble pursuits of lounging about and alfresco dining, as well as the ping-pong table and play equipment to keep the restless entertained.
We can almost hear the question being asked – how far away is the beach? The good news is that it's pretty close. In fact, Cala Barques is only 3.6 km away and Cala Formentor is 9.1 km away. The shops and restaurants of Alcudia Old Town are only a 7.8 km drive away, too.
