This four-storey villa is 90m from the sea and comes with a wealth of recreation for the whole family. The basement-level sauna, gym and Jacuzzi ensure relaxation after a long day of exploring Trogir, and the private pool and barbecue offer outdoor space to enjoy the sun and stay active. The nearest beach and restaurants are within walking distance, and there's even a water park nearby for the kids. The interior decoration isn't the most exciting and won't be for everyone, but there's lots to do whether you're spending time indoors or planning family days out.

*There is space to park on the driveway of this home for up to three cars, and further space in the garage for another three cars.
*This home is spread over four floors with no internal lift, but the ground floor bedroom and bathroom mean it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
