It's plain to see that the home's designer was just as smitten with the scenery, as the address is geared towards spending as much time as possible in the open air as possible. When the weather's on the warmer side, you can cool off in the infinity swimming pool, but you can just as easily seek some shade on the verandah, perhaps with the barbecue smoking away in the background.
When faced with as stunning surroundings as this, it's only natural that the home's interior doesn't wow in the same way. However, even though the design is hardly the freshest, it's a solid choice, with lots of natural light and a contemporarily styled kitchen. Plus, the fact that all of the bedrooms have a balcony is sure to avert any squabbles.
As you can see from the terrace, the beach isn't too far away – in fact, Avlaki beach and the surrounding taverns are only five minutes' walk away. If you're feeling adventurous, you can hire stand-up paddleboards and kayaks here, but it's just as pleasant to lie on the sand with a book in your hand. The town of Kassiopi is a short drive up the coastline whenever you fancy a change of scenery, too.
