Visit the museums and get a taste of Venice at the local restaurants before returning home for well-deserved rest. We recommend sprawling out on the sofa to read or work on a puzzle around the dining table – though our absolute favourite pastime would be socialising on the altana, a typical Venetian wooden terrace.
