Tucked away in the Tuscan countryside, this home offers a taste of rural Italian life. You’re quite secluded here – the nearest supermarket is a short drive away – but the views over the Val di Chiana are well worth the price of admission. Plus, your host can arrange plenty of in-house services – think daily cleaning and private catering – so you won’t have to venture far if that’s not your bag. And if you want a bit of extra privacy at the end of the day, there’s a separate annexe with its own bedroom, offering plenty of space to unwind away from the main villa.
*The house and gardens are spread over several levels, so we wouldn't recommend this home to those with reduced mobility
*You're in the heart of the Tuscan countryside here, so you'll need a car to get around – there's space for five vehicles to park on site
*One of the bedrooms is located in a separate annexe next to the main villa
*Air conditioning and mosquito nets are available in all five bedrooms to ensure a comfortable night's sleep
*The swimming pool is only available for use between May and October, though this can change depending on local weather conditions

Cancellation Policy (Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
