Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac above Deia, this villa offers up incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range that envelopes the town. Stretch out in the sun during the day, perhaps enjoying a siesta in one of the shaded seating areas, before gazing out across the village as you watch the sunset. Come bedtime, one lucky couple has their own private garden and entrance here – perfect for newlyweds or the patriarch and matriarch of the family. While the lack of parking means you won't be driving, you're just a short stroll from the town centre, where you can feast on local cuisine or grab some transport to one of the nearby beaches.
*All of the bedrooms are upstairs here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*While two of the ensuite bathrooms aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*There is no parking here, but the home is just a few minutes from the village centre.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
