Sitting high above the Ionian Sea, this villa offers incredible vistas from its private patio, equipped with a pool, an alfresco dining spot and plenty of outdoor seating from which to drink in the views. Equally enticing seascapes can be enjoyed from the bedroom and living area. And while the indoors may not have the same wow factor as the outside, thoughtful touches like a freestanding tub, complimentary bathrobes and an upstairs den (that can sleep a child on its daybed) are features we can definitely get on board with. Away from home, Skala is easily reached by car with its choice of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as its sandy beach.
*There are internal stairs leading up to the mezzanine den that also serves as a second bedroom – please note that it's equipped with a day bed that's best suited to a child
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen
*There's no desk here, but the dining table can double up as a laptop-friendly workspace
*Toiletries, robes and slippers are provided
*Pool towels are also provided
*The villa's entrance is private
*The pool isn't fenced and there's a steep drop to one side of it, so children should be minded at all times when on the patio
