This semi-detached villa, situated in the desirable residential area of Mal Pas, has Mediterranean Sea glimpses through the trees from its terrace. There’s a pretty garden to relax in, too, as well as plenty of room to dine on the spacious covered veranda for all your family or friends. Inside, it’s a bit dated, especially the kitchen and another thing to note is there’s no swimming pool. Though there’s a very big pool (the sea) close by at Sant Pere beach (under 100 metres away).
*Some guests reported hearing street noise at night. *Some areas of this home look a little worn and dated. We think it could benefit from a little bit of a refresh. *This is a semi-detached home, so it's possible you might hear some noise from your neighbours throughout your stay. *The garden of this home is shared.
