Glowing golden in local stone, this farmhouse-style villa is flanked by mountains and sits between Pollensa old town (4.6km away) and Port de Pollensa (4.5km away). It’s all on one level, with stone archways connecting the living room, dining room and separate kitchen, so there’s plenty of space inside. Sparsely decorated and furnished, it’s not the most eclectic home in our collection but the vast garden, innovative swimming pool and mountain view from the terrace lounge more than make up for that. Really, it's all about spending time outdoors here with several terraces, a billiard table in the sun and a stone-built barbecue.
*This home is all on one level, so it may suit those with limited mobility.
*In keeping with energy-saving measures across the island, the use of air conditioning is limited to certain times of the day.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Pollensa is over 4 kilometres away, so having a car is recommended. There is plenty of private parking.
