Grecian Jungle
You'll find this apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. Restaurants on your doorstep, landmarks within walking distance, the sea only a short stroll away – how's that for a top-notch location? The apartment itself isn't bad, either. We like the jungle themed-design, and although some rooms are a little dated (namely the bathroom), there's a decent amount of space here for families and friends. But our favourite is the small balcony overlooking the street – it's the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in the salt-tinged air.
*This is a lived-in home, so expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present *The second bedroom is made up of two single beds pushed together to create a double *Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request *The shower head is hand-held *There's only air conditioning in the living area – both bedrooms have ceiling fans *As this is in a central spot, noise is to be expected *The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace *Parking is tricky in Thessaloniki – we think the best way to explore is on foot *The nearest airport is about a thirty-minute drive away
