The smaller south-facing terrace, which adjoins the living room, has an open view to the sea, the larger north-facing terrace, with afternoon sun, from which the bedrooms and the kitchen lead off, is very suitable for growing plants. The flat is located in the secure residential complex Quinta Village Garajau with pool and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and pastelerias. A very beautiful beach in the Garajau nature reserve can also be reached on foot + cable car. The beach is located in the only marine reserve in Portugal that offers excellent diving (diving school). The airport and the old town of Funchal can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park. The flat will be handed over furnished and equipped. The rental conditions are as follows: one month's rent and two months' deposit. Applicants must provide proof of monthly financial strength (net income) of at least twice the amount of the rent or deposit for three months. The flat can be viewed from 21 September and rented from 01 October.
