Renovated town house on a hill five minutes away from the busy town center
This townhouse in charming Tavira is overlooking the town, and the Ria Formosa. It's hillside location gives a cool breeze in the hot summers. The quiet neighborhood is only a five minute walk away from the busy town center, but also has bars and restaurants around the corner.
The house has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with the single beds that can be converted into a king), two bathrooms with showers, a separate office space and a full kitchen. The lounge includes a dining area. The small shaded patio in the back is a quiet place to read a book or have a drink. The park in the back of the house offers for room for shaded relaxation.
The bedrooms and lounge have airconditioning. The kitchen includes stovetop and over, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The house has all comforts of modern day living, in the charm of the old neighborhoods of Tavira.
The trainstation is a five minute walk away. The house is on a small square where there is always parking available. It is surrounded by green areas. Two very cosy and highly ranked restaurants are just around the corner. The park behind the house has a little cafetaria. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. You are close to town but still a bit outside. A walk down the hill brings you to the old center of Tavira with all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment. The ferry to the island and the beachs is only a 5 minute walk as well.
