The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a wide hallway. Entering the house you are greeted by this wide hallway, immediately to the right is the first bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed on request, following is the living room and the second bedroom. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub . To the left of the corridor are the kitchen, the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom. ## **The space** When entering the building there is a staircase with 8 steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment faces on an interior courtyard. The decor is a mixture of modern and 60s/70s and the spaces are very spacious and cozy.
