The terrace doesn’t have furniture, but that’s something you can easily fix if you want. The studio has tile floors, which keeps it cool in the summer. The area is quite homey and furnished with a double bed and sofa. The bathroom has a shower, and the L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped. It’s also in a separate room and furnished with a dining table. There isn’t a washing machine in the studio, but there is a common laundry room in the building. Balduina is a suburban neighborhood west of downtown Rome. It’s a quiet area surrounded by gorgeous green spaces. . Pineto Park is a 10-minute walk away, and so is the Virgin Active gym if you like to work out. Students can easily get to Loyola University Chicago Rome Center in 10 minutes.
