Spacious and cozy apartment (92 sq.mt / 990 sq.ft) perfect to host up to 6 people. This apartment is laid out on two levels. As you enter the apartment you will be welcomed by the bright living area, with a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed (160 cm wide) and a dining table for 6 people. From the living room a staircase leads to the terrace, which is partly covered by a wooden and glass structure. Part of the terrace is instead open-air and is furnished with a small outdoor table with chairs and an hammock. Going back to the first level, after the living room and the staircase, there is the kitchen, which is very large and well equipped. From the kitchen there is a corridor that leads to the first bedroom (with a single 90 cm wide bed - if required it can be transformed into a double bed by extending the bed frame laterally).
