Stayed for a week in July. This is a beautiful cottage, lovely decor, spacious for my 3 kids and everything you could need going from a home to a home.Especially loved the little living room ideal for children to watch tv while the adults have the main living room. Will definately be back! Great prompt feedback for any questions, Thanks Tricia

Second time of staying at this property and it is almost like a home away from home!! It’s really handy because it’s a 2 minute walk to my sister’s house and a nice 25 minute walk into Portrush (unless it is -10 degrees) Plenty of comforts, but needs WiFi and a tv in the bedrooms. Possibly even sky would be good especially for over the Christmas period.

We enjoyed the stay at this house. It was clean, tidy and well presented. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, even down to tin-foil and you never know when you will need that do you. The lady next door checked on us during the week and on arrival. Portrush was a great place to stay. We loved it as a family, the little town down the coast Port Stewart was great and we loved all the cafes and stuff.

This chalet bungalow is ideal for visiting many of the stunning locations and restaurants of Portrush. It is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Tina and Dave next door were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can honestly say that this accommodation is extremely good value for money and can comfortably house up to eight people. Although there were only two of us, our grandchildren came to stay from nearby and a bonus was the separate small lounge/tv room and wi-fi for them. Three bath/shower rooms is a definite bonus for a quick getaway of a morning! For us, smoke-free and pet-free was a big factor in choosing Erin Lea. Wish we had found it last year! Downside - which is no fault of the owners - the very unimaginative naming of the warren of roads on the estate makes it initially hard to find although a map is provided by the owners. Otherwise, it is perfect and all other comments are endorsed. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you

Very nice property. In excellent condition and spotless. Next door neighbours look after the property, making it very convenient if something needs to be repaired etc. It would be very hard to find without a sat-nav as it there are nine different turns to take with a housing estates. Other than that we would have no complaints.

Spent Xmas here with a small group of friends. It was perfect in every way. Log fire, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Couldn't fault it in any way. Lady next door on hand in case of any problems, but there was no need for us to bother her as all was perfection. Easy access to some beautiful coastal walks, good supermarket close by, quiet cul de sac. Accommodation superb, everything on hand for your enjoyment and comfort. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely and modern house, very well cared for and maintained. Presented exactly as per descriptions. Located in a safe cul de sac area. Next door neighbours are available to help out if needed - not that it was needed! Local shops are really good for providing all needs. Great stay for 2 adults + 2 teenagers. It was a great location for exploring the town of Portrush (excellent beaches, walks, coffee shops!), and the wider Antrim / Causeway Coast. We combined a week here with a few days in Belfast which worked really well. Downsides - practically you need a car, or bikes, to get in and out of Portrush, and a good memory or SatNav for getting around the maze of streets surrounding this development. Providing an internet wifi connection for visitors would be a good future addition to facilities. Great stay and great accommodation.

Perfect base for exploring Northern Ireland. The house was clean and spacious enough to house our group of 8 and was also equipped with everything we needed. Paul and Tricia were great to deal with, as was Tina who was on hand when needed. Thank you for helping us have a lovely holiday :)
