Modern Living in Victoria's Historical Downtown

Welcome to Awarehouse Loft - which extends across the entire building right above the clothing store in the picture. Located on the second floor, accessed by elevator or stairs, it has floor to ceiling windows 14 feet high which create a lovely ambiance and an interesting view of the ever changing street activities below.
Please consider that the wooden heritage windows which flood the loft with light, also let in street noise from people accessing the various restaurants, pubs as well as occasionally from construction as heritage buildings are renovated.
Converted from a historic warehouse it boasts old red brick side walls with historic wood and sash windows. Awarehouse loft at 811 square feet was carved from a unique warehouse space and all it's living areas are more spacious than the majority of lofts/condos in the historic downtown area. It may be the only loft in the Leiser Building with a king sized bed in an enclosed bedroom.
The living-room/dining/kitchen open space contrasts heritage architecture with modern furnishings. The open space makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure. The kitchen has been furnished for people who love to cook. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee makers, Tassimo, blender, food processor, toaster, toaster oven and all of the comforts of home. The separate dining area at one end of the living space comfortably seats four. There is also a bar counter with seating for two.
The living room area has four leather lounge chairs for seating. The entertainment unit houses a 40' High Definition TV with Personal Video Recorder and DVD systems. Cables enable you to stream from your laptop to the TV. WIFI is included in the rental.
Your clothes will be well looked after, there is plenty of closet space, a coat closet and a large wardrobe in the bedroom. The loft has a washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub and shower and heated towel rack.
Awarehouse Loft is a non-smoking space for couples, singles, snowbirds or short-term ers who enjoy a comfortable self-catering . We are sorry but out of consideration for people with allergies, no pets are permitted. An effort has been made to provide a low allergen environment. The rental price is all inclusive, high-speed internet access, high definition television with full HD cable connections, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and more). You will be met and given assistance to settle into the apartment.
Enjoy Victoria's marvelous waterfront and old town vistas from Awarehouse Loft's rooftop patio. Experience the charm of old town architecture, sightseeing, water tours, shopping, nightclubs and great restaurants just steps away from Awarehouse's downtown location. Victoria is a charming city with lots of activities, great places to explore, fabulous dining and great nightlife opportunities. Whether you are in town for three nights, two weeks or months at a time, there is always lots to see and do in our lovely Provincial Capital.

We were completely blown away with this loft! It was immaculate! The owners are incredibly awesome to deal with! Everything one could ask for is provided...it is like a home away from home, only better! The location couldn't be more perfect...1/2 block to the waterfront, fantastic restaurants all around, walking distance to everything!

This loft is simply amazing. We decided to visit Victoria for our anniversary as we had spent our honeymoon there 30 years ago. I found the loft on VRBO and it was better than we could have imagined. AMAZING location, right downtown within walking distance to everything. The owners could not have been nicer, meeting us at the unit and explaining TV, Kitchen, etc. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone!!

This condo/flat was perfect for my husband and myself. It was tastefully decorated in modern style, and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided even fresh fruit and flowers on the table. Yes, it did get noisy on some nights since there is a club right across the street. It was unusually hot while we were there and we had the windows open until late. However, we hardly noticed it with them closed. It's the small price you pay for staying in the heart of downtown. The upside is that it was close to everything! We didn't have far to walk for great food, shopping, views, the museum, art, antiques.... We will definitely stay here again when we return to Victoria.

I've stayed on July with my eifr for a week on the apartment. All I have to say is this: EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. Since the first contact with Doug, the owner, everything was great. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance to every place of interest in town. The apartment is spotless and with a very nice decoration. It has All the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I really would like yo stay again un the apartment next time we visit Victoria, and I recommend it very much yo everyone who is planning to visit the Island.

We just returned from a 3 day weekend trip to Victoria. We are so glad we chose this rental to stay in for our trip. We always try to look for something a little different than the typical hotel room on our trips. This beautiful loft did not disappoint. The transaction was very smooth from the initial inquiry, to the booking, to check in, and right through the return of our deposit. The loft is in a great location in downtown Victoria close to shops, restaurants, and within easy walking distance to many of the main attractions in the city. The place was immaculately clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners and shown around the loft. There were many special touches to the place including fresh fruit and fresh flowers on the table. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in and a real bargain for the money - way better than any hotel we ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to recommend this loft to anyone looking for first class accommodations. We will definitely try to book this property again next time we vacation in Victoria.

I stayed at the property the for a few days around Canada Day and truly appreciated everything it has to offer. * Owner is very service oriented = Well stocked property with a thorough intro and overview process at check in. * Great downtown location allows for easy walking to all key sites and attractions and is surrounded by an abundance of restaurant/bar and shopping options, etc. The loft itself is a great mix of old and new with comfortable and modern furnishings and design in an architecturally interesting, historic building. Building access is very secure yet simple - not fumbling with 3-4 keys for access. There is fantastic window space that lets in a lot of light and allows for great air circulation as well as people watching if that's your thing - while still private, with full length blinds to block out that same light and view if you choose. I am very familiar with the city and this location and property are great. Street parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays - typically easy to get a spot - and a parkade is available directly across the street if necessary. I am confident in recommending this rental property for 1-2 people that want a central, downtown location. I see a few comments about street noise, etc and that comes with the territory in any city where you are staying in a downtown core. If you want silence, you would be best to choose another property and more importantly, another location further out of town. Bottom line - This is a great property that is safe, affordable, well stocked and maintained. I would definitely return the next time I travel to Victoria.

My husband and I stayed in the loft the whole month of April. A gentleman awaited us and did show us around the place. There were flowers on the table and a bowl of fresh fruit. Nice touch. It is a fantastic decorated Loft and done with a lot of thoughts for details. Especially a great kitchen furnished with everything you can wish for. There are also a lot of information about the city and day to day helpful hints, all in a very well organized folder. This apartment did feel like a home to us and not like a rental place. My husband an I would com back any time. I think this says it all. It is a very good location to explore the beautiful city of Victoria which has a lot offer for every interest.

My boyfriend and I love to travel but don't always have the time to get away. We decided to go to Victoria for the weekend and found the Awarehouse online. It was the first time, for both of us, to rent a condo for the weekend as opposed to staying at a hotel. Our experience overall was amazing!! With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to make breakfast and enjoy fresh coffee whilst looking out from beautiful floor to ceiling windows! When I unpacked my bags I realized I forgot my deodorant (girls worst nightmare) in the bathroom I found new toothbrushes, razors, q-tips and to my relief; deodorant!!! We then spent our afternoon walking the seawall of downtown Victoria, which is a very short walk from the condo, and came across an outdoor market that had the cutest house boat community I have ever seen!! Sea lions were poking their heads up while we walked the docks and I just fell in love. On our way back to the loft we stopped for dinner at an oyster bar called Pescatores. It was a first time for both of us trying oysters and we both enjoyed our experience. We will defiantly return to stay at the Awarehouse next time we visit Victoria and enjoy an afternoon beverage on the rooftop patio, while letting our cares drift a away with the sounds of the ocean.

it's a beautiful, clean and pretty place, yes, and this makes our experience so sad. what should have been a great stay in victoria turned into an aggravated very bad experience. but to cut it short, since i am not one to go on a rampage, the bar noise, which we were told would be just a couple of nights a week and are not too bad, were horrific and 5 nights a week! that means waking up in the middle of the night because some drunk outside your windows is screaming at the top of his lungs, people yelling cabs, street musicians try to make a few bucks at 2am, couples fight and so on ! and then we had the additional luck of a very noisy construction sight right next door during the day!!! what made matters worse was that the owner of awarehouse knew about the construction and did not deem it necessary to let us know in advance about the extra discomfort. and when we tried to talk to him and reason with him he did not budge. this is not the experience we have made in the traveling and renting of furnished places business, and we do this a lot! we had booked for 2 months which was an awful long time under the circumstances. too bad but i can not recommend this place, not if you want to sleep during the night and maybe also like to sleep with a window open, which of course you can totally forget about.

We flew in by float plane only a short 5 min walk from the condo. Were met by Doug and his wife. Every thing was ready , heating and lighting on, coffee machine ready to go, a bowl of fresh fruit, Xmas pot plant. The cupboard had little extras such as rock salt, pepper, sugar, spices and gourmet jams, teas and coffee's and emergency tooth bushes...has free internet and phone...etc...everything to get you started. It is a spectacular 1840's warehouse conversion with all high end mod cons and comforts. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special. There is a wonderful view from the roof top terrace of Victoria and the harbour. We found the updated manual of things to do/places to go really helpful. Our 26 year old son lives in Victoria but found some cool places to eat in this manual. The Lucky Bar over the road had australian Pete Murray playing when we arrive! We had Xmas here, which was so easy with the fabulous high end kitchen. In all we spent over a month here and will certainly stay again. Thank you Doug for your genuine kindness and help.

The apartment is a converted loft above a store, with the living area extending the full width of the store front. Very spacious and tastefully appointed with a well equipped kitchen and pretty much everything you could need. Access to a rooftop seating area too. Furnishings, bed, bathroom, etc. clean and in very good condition. The location is very convenient for the harbour, downtown shops and restaurants. It's quieter than expected but there's some noise from the street and neighbouring restaurants. Booking was straightforward and we were met on arrival and departure by the friendly, helpful owners.

My husband and I stayed at the awarehouse loft during our honeymoon and had an amazing time during our stay in Victoria! Everything was incredibly clean and the location was amazing! We had all of the amenities that we needed, the kitchen was fantastic, and the bed was also very comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere downtown and only wished that we could have stayed longer! Doug made everything so easy and our deposit was returned promptly. There is an amazing oyster bar next door, the ocean is a half a block away, and there's so many food and drink options within a five minute walk (sushi, tapas, bars, etc.). We cannot wait to return to the awarehouse loft in Victoria and will make sure to stay longer next time!

We had two nights to explore Victoria and we think we hit the jackpot with this loft. It's newly renovated in a modern style, open, bright (see those windows in the picture on the first floor in a white T-shape - they're all yours) and the owners have thought of everything. You are encouraged to eat in the way the kitchen is equipped, but the orientation binder gives you plenty of info on where to eat out as well. Everything is close. We enjoyed the aesthetic of the place immensely. It feels really good to hang out there - those windows can be covered if the sun gets to be too much, and the bedroom can be closed off as well. But we found the open layout to feel very spacious and luxurious. The loft made for a great stay in Victoria. Would recommend it without hesitation.

We used to live in Victoria, so we knew the loft was well situated. What we didn't know was who we were dealing with and how nice the condo would be. On both account the loft was perfect! Doug was very very helpful and accomodating, and the loft was very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, nicely furnished with even a washer/dryer, and it was spotless. The only thing we lacked was parking, but with a reasonably priced parkade right across the street, it was no hassle at all. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay!

This was a great loft. The photos don't do it justice - it is much bigger and roomier than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. Only downside is that it is right across the road from a bar which can be a little noisy, but apart from that it was great.

As someone who lives in furnished apartments and hotels all year in different locations, I can say with confidence that the awarehouse experience is one of the best! Check in is easy and the apartment is perfect for two people to have a very comfortable stay. The best part is that they clearly take the guest experience to heart. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked in case you decide to make dinner for friends. Small details like sleeping masks and earplugs are just a few things to make everything easy and enjoyable. The only drawback to this apartment is also one of the best things about it, the location. Guests must realize that they are in the absolute heart of downtown and everything that comes with it, including some noisy evenings! Please do not let that discourage you... it is worth a little noise. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Thank you for another great experience!

I stayed at Awarehouse Loft for two months (Sept./October). The location was wonderful, as you are just one block away from the water, near all major amenities, great shopping and nightlife. The apartment is very comfortably outfitted (contemporary and extremely clean) and the kitchen is very well appointed. If you like to cook, it has everything you could possible need. If cooking isn't your thing, then there are a wealth of restaurant choices close at hand. The propieters, Doug & Jacqui, are extremely helpful, professional and reliable. It was a pleasure dealing with them. It was a great place for an extended stay and we enjoyed living in the heart of the city.

We stayed here for over a week and loved it. It is really convenient to downtown and the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs located nearby. You can walk most places from here and if you have a car there is a multi-storey car park accross the road. The apartment is really comfortable and well apointed. Due to it's location there is a bit of street noise as you would expect being in the city. If you are a foodie and want to cook up a storm the kitchen is better equiped than mine at home, and there are great markets nearby. Doug is very helpful and has thought of everything you could want and has written a great guide to Victoria that is insightful and entertaining. All in all, awesome!

We loved this place! The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. It's clean, modern, open and a perfect size for two people. We normally stay at the Oswego but thought we would try something that is not a hotel and found this amazing place. Here is a review of the things that are important to us when we travel. Booking We booked through the VRBO site and immediately got a response from Doug. He made the process quick and straight forward. We've booked other properties through VRBO and wait days for any type of response. I knew right away that Doug valued us as guests and his property. Property We arrived at the airport at 12:30 pm and we were able to do an earlier check-in as no other guests were booked before us. Very clear directions were provided on how to access the secured property and were given cell number just in case we needed something. We got a quick overview of the rental and a walk through. There were fresh flowers on the table and fruit in the bowl as a welcome. We immediately knew that we had made the right choice. It's open and welcoming with fantastic floor to ceiling windows (yes there are blinds for them). We love to people watch and this could easily be done from the leather lounging chairs. Yup, there is a place called Lucky Bar across the street, however, there was a large line up only on the Monday night and it was great to watch everyone in the hustle and bustle, excited to check out whatever was going on in there that night. We knew it was going to last for a bit but when we went to bed we closed the bedroom door and it shut out a lot of noise. We found it to be a lively area with lots of people walking, talking, etc. which we are totally fine with. There is a full binder of all you need to know about the WIFI, watching TV, taxis, where to buy groceries, etc. and we also found manuals in the closet for all of the appliances just in case something went wrong. There is a very comfortable king sized bed in a separate room that closes off with a pocket door and closet space that we moved all of our items into. The huge bathroom includes a tub with shower, laundry and heated towel rack which we did not use. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, Tassimo machine, kettle, including coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. We didn't use the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Any dishes we used we hand washed and all of the necessities to clean up were provided. We walked up to the large, shared rooftop deck and it had really great views. We were able to have a little bit of a later check out as there was no one scheduled and we had a flight to catch. Doug was very accommodating with this. Location Located downtown and easy to walk to everything that we needed. This happens to be next to one of our favourite Victoria restaurants, Ferris Oyster Bar, and an amazing little food space is just down the block at the waterfront, Red Fish Blue Fish. It's a 10 minute walk to the Empress if you want to check out High Tea (which we love to do). You can take a water taxi at the waterfront to Fisherman's Wharf which has quite a few little eateries such as Barb's Fish & Chips or you can walk, which we did, in about 30 or 40 minutes at a leisurely pace with stops along the way. We also bought tickets for the Big Bus Victoria (hop on, hop off) with Groupon which included entry to the Robert Bateman centre and to walk to one of the pick up spots was a less than 10 minute walk. We will no longer be staying in a hotel for our Victoria visits. This is going to always be our first place to book. We love it and can't wait to return.

We stayed 4 nites and loved the loft. Large windows to see the activity on the street below, and full binds for privacy. Well looked after, clean, & we'll equipped kitchen. King size bed, & lots of storage. Very quiet, didn't hear any noise from nearby restaurants, & we were there Thurs., Fri., Sat., & Sun. night. It was perfect for us (seniors). Highly recommended & centrally located to great restaurants & the Harbour. Hope to stay again.

Perfectly centrally located. Lovely restored loft with all the amenities. Loved the Bosch Tassimo lattes every morning! Doug gave us a fine orientation to the condo. On Monday evening, the patrons at the bar across the street were outside and noisy. It was quiet on Tuesday to Thursday evenings. I suggest Doug allow the fan in the bathroom to remain on to provide white noise, which would give protection for the street noise.

Girlfriend and I recently stayed at Awarehouse Loft and highly recommened it for those who prefer not to stay in hotels and enjoy a more true living experience during your getaway. . Awarehouse loft provides a fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy meals in if you like while doing some peeople watching out of the floor to ceiling glass windows. Place is "VERY" clean and provides a unique environment surrounded with brick both inside and outside. Once you decide to head out and adventure off into Victoria you're literally within 10 minutes walking distance of lots to see and do including great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as some great pubs if looking to knock a few back. If you're also looking to do some biking you're within minutes of both the Lockside & Galloping Goose Trails. We had a great stay and Awarehouse Loft provided lots of value to the experience. Absolutely recommend this place to those looking to enjoy a few nigths stay in Victoria.

The condo really feels like you're on vacation, so bright and airy. Loved the "manual" the owners made for the condo and for Victoria, it really helped us in finding good resturants and places to explore. Already planning our next trip back!

We stayed at the Awareness Loft on Yates Street. What a beautiful spot! The apartment was wonderful, the owners lovely and the location spot on. We walked everywhere! We can't wait to stay there again. The only smallish critical comment was the club across the street. One night they hosted a wedding party with a lot of racket around 2am. It was gone by 230 so not a real problem at all. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and the loft was everything we could have hoped for, even better than the pictures. The decor and furnishings are high quality and comfortable, with really everything you could want, including the kitchen. No need to eat out if you don't want to (and we did cook). The historic building and location is beautiful, super convenient to innumerable restaurants, pubs, shops and the water. It's two doors down from a restaurant that was highly recommended to us before coming (Ferris') - we ate there three times! It was so nice have a great meal, have some wine and walk a couple of doors down to get home. For those who care, there's a Starbucks just down the at the corner, but also a lovely local coffee house only a few doors down that serves wonderful local and organic breakfast/lunch. Being right in the heart of historic downtown, it could get a bit noisy in the morning if you have the windows open; however, when we closed the bedroom doors and bathroom door, it wasn't a problem. We had no issues with noise at night. Completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!!

Our 3-night stay at the warehouse loft was fantastic. It was tastefully decorated, with supremely comfortable, designer furniture and a perfect king-sized bed. The kitchen had absolutely everything you might need for a romantic dinner or a small party; everything from quality flatware and dishes to every conceivable, modern appliance, including an espresso machine. The rooftop patio was incredible overlooking the harbor and downtown. The bathroom was very clean and well-supplied. The location is right in the heart of downtown Victoria and you can walk to everything. Super convenient and cheap parking. Couldn't be happier, everything as described and it still exceeded my expectations. It can get a little noisy on weekend nights, but closing the windows blocks out everything.

The other reviews cover it all. This apartment is first class 5 star. There wasn't a fault that I could think of. The bed, linen, pillows, closet, and ambience of the bedroom was lovely. The lounge/dining/kitchen large and with ample area for moving around. The kitchen is as well equipped as mine at home (possibly better!). I like to cook while on holidays and this kitchen provided me with all the necessary pots, pans and dishes, dish washing liquid etc. There is a supermarket about 4-5 blocks away, and a liquor outlet near the supermarket. It is right in the centre of the town which made it very pleasant being a tourist - walk to everything and there are some lovely places to eat. Found a tapas bar off Government Street in Trounce Alley not far from the apartment where we dined for two nights it was so enjoyable. Doug and Jaquie were very hospitable and helpful and the compendium in the apartment covers nearly every question you may have about arriving into a new town as a tourist and more! Their representative in Victoria - Cheree - was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very helpful owner and all arrangements went very smoothly indeed. Light and airy apartment with all the facilities you could possibly want or need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location but naturally being downtown there was, on occasion, some noise at night time. I would certainly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning.

The Awarehouse Loft is impeccably furnished and maintained. The renovation creating this loft is of top quality. Doug and Jackie greeted us on arrival and provided lots of great tips for visiting Victoria and living in the loft. Super comfortable king bed. Ultra modern and convenient appliances in the kitchen and laundry. Fully equipped, top quality kitchen. There is also what appears to be a very high quality television and entertainment suite although we did not utilize it. The only drawback at this rental is the street noise that makes it into the loft. Even with the windows closed and blinds drawn conversation can be clearly heard from the busy surrounding streets. A white noise generator is in the loft and was helpful for all but the loudest sounds.

The standard that all apartments should aim to meet. This is a very well furnished apartment, with high ceilings, huge windows and everything you could sensibly require. A short walk from the city centre, so a car is not required. If you have a car there is on street parking and a multi-story car park opposite. Both are free overnight. The owners have thought of pretty much everything. The only issue I had was street noise from the couple of pubs and restaurants across the road. From other reviews I see that some people made use of the 'white noise' generator that is in the bedroom, which was supposed to be quite good. However I will confess that I didn't try it.

Our host, Doug, was very helpful in facilitating our arrival. We very much enjoyed our 5 day stay in the beautifully appointed and very clean condo. We were in walking distance of many main attractions and areas of interest, in addition to great restaurants and pubs with local craft beers. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Victoria. Monika Wright

We found this condo to be so well located to see and do all we wanted in Victoria without a vehicle. Areas beyond walking distance were easily managed with public transit or taxi. Very bright with floor to ceiling windows facing south. Spacious and modern accommodation. Found everything needed even to the smallest details. This condo is in a very secure, renovated, century old building. A wonderful way to spend the month of February, 2016 in Victoria. Only downside was inability to have our son stay overnight with us as there is kingsize bed only and living area only had 4 armchairs and no couch/hideabed, but we knew this before renting so no complaint. A bit noisy across the street late in the evening with young adults doing the club scene. But bedroom is separate and toward the back of the condo. Overall this was good value.

We found this condo to be roomy, stylish and very well appointed. All of our needs were anticipated. We couldn't imagine a more comfortable place to stay. The location is an easy walk to dozens of restaurants and attractions as well as close to public transportation. Next time we will not bring a car, which is totally unnecessary on the island, and save money on parking and the ferry trip. Highly recommended!

My wife and I booked this loft for our 10th anniversary. This was our first trip to Victoria and we quickly realized the Hotels are waaay overpriced. We narrowed it down to about 5 rentals and settled on this one. We were VERY pleased with this vacation experience. The location and comfort/privacy of the loft were of primary importance to making this a GREAT vacation. Upon requesting the property the management folks (Doug = super awesome, easy to reach, quick to respond) responded quickly and on top of that provided a great detail of information to simplify our travel (directions from airport, check in/out directions, etc.). The bed was perfectly comfortable, the sliding doors provided privacy/darkness, and there was a nice FAN!! Kick open the windows and feel the cool breeze while you sleep. When we were tired from eating/drinking/walking our way through Victoria we just posted up in the big comfy chairs positioned in front of the HUGE windows and 'people' watched on the bustling street below -- no need for TV. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee/tea and had all the necessities for cooking as well as a Brita for filtered water in the fridge. So obviously this place is awesome inside but the LOCATION is perfect! So many dining/drinking options nearby and a quick walk to the harbor. The only drawbacks are minor and in no way would detour us from returning -1)Bird droppings everywhere, including the big windows we loved so much 2)a big strange, green apple decorative looking thing in the bedroom and 3)nothing to play music on (if there was something we didn't see it but luckily we brought a small blue tooth speaker). With that being said.... we can't wait to return to Victoria and when we do we will stay here!

This conveniently-located modern apartment is outfitted with wonderful kitchen equipment, nice furnishings and bedding. We totally loved our stay. Great for walking to the high spots of Victoria, and just great to hang out in as well. Good cable and internet. It was very thoughtfully put together with everything you would ever need!

We stayed in this well appointed, high end terrific downtown loft style condo for 6 weeks Dec2017-Jan2018 . The location can’t be beat, literally above shops and restaurants. The seafood chowder at Harris’s Oyster Bar is a real taste treat. The location is great for walkers but there is a parkade across the street should you have a vehicle. The inner harbour is only steps away , watch the seaplanes land and the seals frolic. There is a little street noise from the night club across the street on some nights. I highly recommend this wonderful condo.

We stayed at Awareness Loft again and were reminded what a wonderful place to stay. The location is simply amazing, with lots of restaurants nearby (including Happy Hour "Buck a Shuck" fresh oysters downstairs. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. Love the King-sized bed and the kitchen is very well stocked for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!

This condo was an excellent choice to make my getaway to Victoria perfect! The condo was clean and well appointed. The location was close to amazing restaurants, shopping and the water! Being able to walk wherever I wanted was a plus, a car really wasn’t necessary! The parking across the street was very reasonable and never did I pay the daily rate because it is free after 1800! Victoria's downtown is eclectic and vibrant and one could watch all that through the gorgeous windows! The roof top patio would be incredible on a nice day! Know that staying downtown means more noise, but it’s a worthwhile trade off. Definitely a wonderful experience!

Third time staying in Victoria at this loft. Secure building in downtown Victoria, close to all attractions, never rent a car, but if needed there is a parking garage across the street. Couldn’t be more convenient to all attractions and city transportation, such as buses, water taxis, and lots of walking trails nearby. Owners very helpful and flexible. Condo well looked after and everything you would need for your stay.
