We stayed here for a long weekend as a group of 11 and had an amazing time. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location is fantastic, it is only a short walk to Hoi An town and they have lots of bikes that you can use if you fancy peddling around to see the sights. Highly recommend this fantastic place.

avatar Marvelous, quiet, clean, welcoming villa. Owner & staff are awesome.

Very close to Old Hoi An without all the noise. Beaches are a short bike trip away, shopping is just down the street. Loved it !!

avatar It's new and lovely but not always practical

I had mixed feelings about this homestay villa. It is new and clean and modern so the rooms are very easy on the eye but my room was really not practical. I had Room 106 - right in Reception so you can hear everything and smell the owners cooking their evening meal. You cannot have a lazy morning because the sound of the breakfast routine wakes you up. For privacy reasons you can't open the bathroom window as it overlooks the rim pool so there is no real air circulation in the room. My underwear took 3 days and was still not dry. And you have to take your shoes off inside which is fine in summer but in the rain and in winter the floors can be cold - although you are given slip slops to wear ain your room. There is a full length mirror in the entrance and one in the bathroom, but no plug nearby for a hairdryer so you can't see what you are doing when you dry your hair. That makes no practical sense. I think the owners spent too much thought on detail and not enough on practical things. The garden and grounds are beautiful and the owners' attention to detail in terms of decor makes this villa homestay appealing compared to a lot of places in the same price range but be careful in the rain. The garden steps are covered in moss and I fell and grazed my arm and bruised by back, The staff were apologetic and very concerned but the step was still slippy even after they scraped it with a trowel. They have amazing bonzais by the way. I found the breakfast a little monotonous for a 3-day stay but the staff are kind and caring and were more than happy to arrange taxis for me into Hoi An central.
