Close to the beach (200 meters, 7 minutes walk) and easy access to it. Good shopping. Apartment quiet and no noise. Ideal for families. Water Heater: To start the electric boiler only needs to hit a switch located on the wall next to the boiler. In the apartment you will find: - Sheets and towels. - Kitchen equipada.Con washing machine and microwave. If the key handover is outside the scheduled time an additional charge of 15 euros will be added.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento funcional, bien situado y aunque muy cerca de la zona inglesa de copas apenas se oye ruido. Repetiré la próxima vez que vaya a Benidorm.

this apartment is not huge but was more than enough for our needs with a twin bedroom and small lounge with a sofa bed , the balcony had fully closing windows and effectively is an extra room which also benefits from a sofa bed. i would recommend taking a fan as there is no air con but as its on the 13th floor you can get a nice breeze through the whole apartment.its best feature is its location you can see the bright lights of the square from the balcony but it is just far enough away to not suffer with noise . turn right on leaving the building and the quieter bars of the rincon area are just a short walk away, turn left and the hustle and bustle of the old town is no more than 10 mins walk . our host could not have been more friendly and helpful and I would certainly consider going there again

L'appartement était spacieux et lumineux avec toutes les commodités,près de la plage et en plein centre-ville il est bien situé et proche de tout .le seul bémol c'est l'absence de la cli met du wifi sinon je le recommande vivement pour ceux qui aiment les sorties en boites. Merci à ANA L pour la préparation de l'appartement.

My Xmas 2016 week stay at this apt. got off to a very bad start immediately after I had made the booking! I should have twigged that something wasn’t quite right as the overview for this apt. is all in Spanish! However, it also proclaims that the Madrid based owner speaks English so I found it a bit annoying that every single communication from this owner was completely in Spanish! After paying in full the owner promptly sent messages informing me that I must leave a copy of my passport inside the apt (with the keys) when I finally depart. I thought she was joking at first and I replied stating that I’d only be willing to leave her copies of other various (less valuable!) means of identification. A couple of messages later she threatens to completely cancel my booking if I won’t agree to comply with her demand! Now I was worried - I’d just paid out in full and ‘was unsure if/how I’d be able to reclaim this money if she went ahead with the cancellation. I’m not going to get into the legality of supplying a copy of a UK passport to an individual who may not be governed by any local Data Protection regulations (if any). I was now forced to contact the Tripadvisor Help Centre and report the owner. They actually contacted her and they thankfully managed to resolved the issue. I did NOT now have to leave a copy of my passport. However, I notice that this passport aspect is now included in the “house rules” section below the apt’s description, hence I’m submitting this belated review as a warning. Now for the apt….. I have relatives who live 10 mins away so I know the surrounding area well and it’s usually reasonably quiet. It’s certainly a convenient location for most things yet distant enough from the night-time noise. My relatives had collected the keys from the reception desk prior to my arrival which was useful as only the invisible man was on duty during the whole of my 7 night stay! Yes, the views from this 13th floor apt. in the “Mariscal V” building are very good and the large enclosed balcony certainly captures the sunshine. However, I suspect this apt. will get very warm in summer without any air con. Sadly this drab, tired and depressing apt. is in dire need of some TLC. Apart from a brand new toaster everything else seemed quite old and jaded. The furnishings reminded me of my grannies old place back in the 70’s and the worn towels, linen and bedding were probably only fit for the skip. Surprisingly the ancient 14” CRT portable colour telly in the lounge did actually function, but I didn’t have the will to check out the stations. The dimly lit bathroom actually had a mains wire crushed somewhat precariously behind the METAL wall cupboard above the sink. This cable was unplugged immediately from the wall socket displayed in pic 10/12 and left permanently unplugged! Worse, it rapidly became apparent that there was some sort of children’s nursery play group going on in the apt above. The continuous shouting/ screaming of kids plus a constant scraping of chairs and furniture went on all day and into the night, every single day! Luckily I was able to spend most of my time away from the place as the din was quite unbearable. Maybe I chose the wrong week but somehow I doubt it. Also, judging by the general lines of washing hanging on many balconies it was obvious that this block (and the adjoining “Mariscal IV”) houses many permanent residents. During my stay I discovered that they also house a quota of newly arrived non-Spanish families (who are not so permanent). Perhaps most of their hordes of children were actually enjoying themselves in the apt above me!
