White Flat on a side street from Kurfursden damm – Berlins famous up market Avenue
Large Sunny 2 Bed roomed Flat with spacious balcony ( 80 sq mt). On the third floor of this original Pre-war Mansion Block. The whole block has been totally restored. And the flat has just been completely renovated to a very high standard. Everything is brand new. It has very high ceilings with freeze work. All in white – with French doors from the living room leading on to a light and airy balcony ( complete with table and chairs). The living room is furnished with an L shape white leather sofa, white designer dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom has a new box spring bed ( double ) and there is another bed room with a convertible sofa. Linen and towels are also new. The floors are natural wood and stone. The bathroom is in stone with a glass shower and large window. All rooms are light and sunny with large new windows.
WiFi and flat screen TV are ready for use: and coffee is supplied for morning energy.
On the corner of the street is the S Bahn Station Halensee (Ring Bahn), which will take you wherever you want to go. Also a bus stop with many buses ( 5 min takt) to KaDeWe (Berlins version of Harrods) which is a 15 minute ride. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars are within walking distance. On street parking easy and free of charge. Tegel Airport is a 10 minute drive away.
