Eclectic 3 bed flat 10 minutes from the Colosseum
This is a Seasonal Rental with a maximum of 6 month term.
This is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house with high ceilings.The apartment has a really spacious and nicely decorated living space with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two extra guests, a LED tv and a large wooden dining table where you can enjoy local delicatessen even though with so many restaurants and bars around we don't think you'll be cooking often!
The kitchen will also have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a nice breakfast before going out to explore the city.We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here!
There are three bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and it is right by the living room.Room number two and three have nice lofted beds as well as a pull out bed, I love this peculiarity of the flat!All the bedrooms are cosy and have unique decorative touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.
Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms.First bathroom is spacious and has a nice and large shower, perfect to refresh and regenerate yourself after a day of walks and explorations.The second smaller ensuite bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, it has a sink and a toilet but not a shower.The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need.
The house comes with a washing machine, a dryer an iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!
A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The entire apartment is available to guests.

San Giovanni is one of the most trendy and local-loved areas in Rome, even though is extremely central is not filled with tourists and very appreciated by the romans.Everything you could need is within less than 5minutes walking distance such pharmacies, coffee bars/ cafes, supermarkets,bakeries, “tabacchi”,“casalinghi” and “gelaterie” banks, post offices, a fishmarket and a farmer’s market. Whatever you need, it’s around the corner! Right below the corner you also have a great shopping pole: Via Appia, where you can find every sort of shop.Steps away from our house the gorgeous San Giovanni in Laterano church is certainly a must-see of the area as well as Santa Maria Maggiore Church.Colosseum is 10 minutes away and the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by metro.
The neighborhood is very connected to the rest of city, having numerous bus stops, a train station that goes directly to Trastevere, Tiburtina and Fiumicino. It is also very near the Metro line A, Manzoni which can connect you to all of Rome’s hottest spots and tourist attractions.Surprisingly enough, there is very little noise pollution and the area is quite calm and quiet with very friendly locals!

* Roma Capitale authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts and camping grounds in Rome. The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Rome’s accommodation facilities.
Regulation on the Rome city tax, approved on March 30th 2018, has introduced important innovations. Tourists staying in private apartment are required to pay a daily contribution of € 3.50 per person. The fee applies only for the first 10 day. Exception: persons who are residents of Rome, and children up to 10 years old.
