The 65 sqm apartment is chic and comfortably furnished. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size box spring bed (1.80 x 2m). There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hob, kettle and a coffee maker. In the living room there is a dining table and a large sofa where you can relax. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also an elevator in the building.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
On request a weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available for € 78,00 per week.
City-Tax: since the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have been obliged by the city of Cologne to collect this tax from our guests with a private stay.
