The apartment has about 32 sqm and is modernly furnished. There is a comfortable king size bed (1,80 m x 2m). Free accessible WiFi is also included. including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, a kettle and a small table with two chairs. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer,towels and linens for the bed are supplied.
On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible.
City-Tax: since , the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
