My room was small, no windows. Taxis, buses, and subways 2 minutes away. Rooms are poorly soundproofed, you can hear the noise of others. The common areas, they are mostly dirty; hair in the washbasin, dirty toilets and in the kitchen, the dishes are badly cleaned and the areas left dirty after use.

About landlord very nice man: Kind Caring.helpful Always ready to help. Well brought up Smiling. Positive considerations about him. My room NOT very comfortable. NO regular windwow. Only a hole on the top of the wall. Position of building EXCELLENT and rent considering the position VERY HONEST.

It's a very nice, central, international and clean place. They take care of you like you are part of the family. This house is good for people that are working or studying and that want a calm place to do this. If you want to party you can always go outside, because it's very central. Cafe's, restaurants and bars are very close to the house.
