The security deposit and the administrative fee for initial and final cleaning must be paid to the owner no later than two weeks before the move-in date. The rental contract must be signed before check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the inability to enter the apartment. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting the local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no more than a week before check-in. If you are unable to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will be applied. Wi-Fi internet, bills, construction expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage, and they are determined based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental contract). If you wish to leave the apartment earlier, please inform us at least 21 days in advance. Check-in time: daily from 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out time: by 11 AM.
