Our big Exarchia apartment which is located in the heart of Athen is surrounded by several universities, cafes, shopping centers, and other places which are all used by students in order to be part of the worldwide community of students in Athen. We are sure that during your time with us in Athens, both you and our other tenants will enjoy a wonderful study environment as well as a vibrant social scene and entertainment during your stay. best wishes, and thank you for your time. Bills are fixed if you use the utility responsibly. There are no other expences. If you don't clean, once a week the public area, then we send a cleaner, and he or she cleans. The cleaner is paid 30 euros per visit.
