All our tenants participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat so we specially welcome those who like clean environment around you and who understand that everybody needs to contribute to keep the flat clean, which is important here, clean after yourself etc Universities, travel time: Lazarski University -15 mins walk, Vistula University -15 mins, Warsaw University of Technology -15 mins, SGGW- 15 mins, SGH- 6 minutes by metro, Collegium Civitas- 20 mins. Regular cleaning of shared parts of the flat is included in the price, however all tenants are expected to keep the flat clean.
