Welcome to our apartment for rent located in a quiet residential area of Florence, a short distance from the charming historic center of the city. This welcoming apartment is ideal for a pleasant holiday with family or friends, offering well-distributed spaces and modern comforts. Upon entering, you will be greeted by the bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers a peaceful retreat to rest after a day exploring the beauty of Florence. The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodation, making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
