"The listing in this advert is a sunny and cozy bedroom in an apartment of 2 bedrooms. The apartment is made of a living space, bathroom, bedroom with a very small balcony, bedroom with a very small balcony. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (only upon previous request). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is as well a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (only upon previous request). The service, if requested, is extra and not included in the price of the monthly rental. Each bedroom is fully furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe, double bed, long curtains, rack for clothes, lamps, etc. etc. . There is a kettle, vacuum cleaner, TV, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
